A fully qualified clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, Shelley has always had a strong interest in supplementary health. She trained at the Clifton Practice, a world renowned Centre of Excellence which enables her to deliver up to date and forward thinking therapy that focuses on providing solutions for her clients.

Shelley works within the Solution Focused Therapy framework which means clients can make positive changes in a short period of time. 

Shelley is a 'Registered' member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the National Council of Psychotherapists and subject to their Code of Ethics. As a member, Shelley must pass assessments, abide by the rules of the Association, and engage in continuous professional development training programs in order to ensure that she remains up to date in all areas of research and development.

She is also required to carry Professional Indemnity Insurance.
